Israel Strikes Regime Targets Across Iran After Missile Fire
The Israeli Air Force struck military targets belonging to the Iranian regime across western and central Iran in the early hours of Monday, June 8, the IDF announced. Iranian sources described strikes in the capital Tehran, in Isfahan, and in Karaj, with Mehrabad International Airport in Tehran among the sites hit. Explosions were heard across several areas, and a drone storage facility in Tehran was among the targets.
A total of 15 Israeli strikes were carried out. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps confirmed that Israel had struck Iranian territory, claiming the attack was delivered with ballistic missiles. The operation followed Iran’s breach of the ceasefire on Sunday, June 7, when it launched three barrages totaling ten missiles at northern Israel, the Sharon region, and Samaria. Every incoming projectile was intercepted, and the Home Front Command cleared residents to leave shelters about half an hour later.
Magen David Adom treated two people injured while rushing to safe rooms, and crews in the Galilee and the Golan Heights extinguished brush fires sparked by interception debris. Ahead of the strikes, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir completed a situational assessment with the General Staff and declared the military’s operational plans finalized and its forces fully prepared. “The IDF will strike the enemy with determination as soon as the order is given,” he stated.

Dear Lord, we pray in Yeshua’s Name that You guard the people of Israel from the Iranian regime and terror group that seeks their harm. Strengthen the pilots, commanders, and defense personnel who stand watch, and grant them precision, wisdom, and safety in every mission. We thank You for shielding the land during the incoming barrages and ask that not a single weapon formed against Israel would prosper. We pray for true and lasting peace in the region, that hearts set on destruction would be turned toward You or turned away from their plans.
