
Israel’s Tamar Steinberg Wins Gold at the Windsurfing World Championships, with Sharon Kantor Taking Silver
Israeli windsurfer Tamar Steinberg won the gold medal at the iQFOiL Windsurfing World Championships in England on Saturday, September 12.
Her Israeli teammates rounded out a dominant showing: Sharon Kantor placed second to take the silver medal, and Daniela Peleg finished fourth.
The result put two Israelis on the podium at the Musto iQFOiL World Championship, and the celebration was immediate: “Gold for Tamar Steinberg! Silver for Sharon Kantor!”
