Israel Uncovers 'Thousands of Hours' of Sickening Footage Showing Hamas Torturing Palestinian Civilians
Israel’s military says it has discovered thousands of hours of sickening footage showing Hamas interrogators torturing innocent Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
The harrowing videos show male prisoners with sacks over their heads, chained to floors and ceilings in painful positions. Men writhe in agony as they are beaten with sticks on the soles of their feet. In one distressing clip, a hooded man appears to be screaming and remonstrating with his captor.
The horrifying incidents appear to have been filmed inadvertently by CCTV cameras inside a Hamas military base in northern Gaza raided by Israeli troops earlier this year. The footage was said to have been discovered on computers seized from the abandoned compound inside the Jabalia refugee camp.
Human rights experts have previously warned that innocent Palestinians have been kidnapped from their homes and tortured by Hamas thugs who have ruled Gaza with an iron rod since 2007.
Gay men and adulterers are among those who have been tortured by Hamas, along with political opponents and anyone accused of collaborating with Israel. A time stamp in the corner of the footage suggests the torture took place between 2018 and 2020. Often, the guards appear casually at ease, chatting as the abuse unfolds. (DM / VFI News)
“Dear God, we pray for the Palestinian civilians who have suffered and continue to suffer terrible torture and abuse at the hands of the terrorists. We pray that You take them in Your arms and heal them from the mental and physical trauma. We ask that You protect them and prevent Hamas from harming them further. May You be their shield and refuge, as You are for us Lord. In Yeshua’s name we pray, amen.”

Hypothermia and Frostbite: Winter Poses Life-Threatening Risks to Hostages Still Held by Hamas
Winter poses a new set of life-threatening risks to the hostages held by Hamas, according to Hostages and Missing Families Forum medical team head Prof. Hagai Levine.
“The hostages are already weakened; they have lost body fat and muscle, which means they have less ability to keep normal body temperature,” Levine said, explaining that this puts them at “serious risk for hypothermia and frostbite.”
A lack of proper nutrition makes this worse by causing deficiencies in vitamins and minerals, which could lead to heart issues for the hostages, he said.
“Their immune systems are compromised, so any winter illness or respiratory infection, including viruses like the flu or COVID-19, could be devastating,” Levine added.
The winter conditions also mean increased dampness in the tunnels, severely threatening respiratory health. (JPost/ VFI News)
“Our Heavenly Father, we pray for the hostages held for more than one year in Gaza. We pray in Yeshua’s name that You protect their health, relieve them from their sufferings, and guide them into safety and the arms of their loved ones. Please, help them persevere and rescue them as soon as possible so that they do not suffer any longer.”
IDF Found Hezbollah Training Site Near UN Base and Terror Tunnel Under Cemetery in Southern Lebanon
The IDF reported on Friday, November 8, that during ground operations in southern Lebanon against Hezbollah infrastructure, 9th Brigade reserve forces uncovered a Hezbollah training base, situated approximately 200 meters (650 feet) from a UNIFIL base.
According to the military, the site was used to train operatives and store weapons. Among the items found were rocket launch sites aimed at Israeli towns, combat training manuals, and operational maps of Israel.
Further, last week, troops of the 36th Division, in cooperation with special units and the Intelligence Directorate, dismantled a Hezbollah underground terror compound, hidden under a cemetery, also in southern Lebanon.
Within the compound, the troops located command rooms, living quarters, and weapon storage facilities filled with arms and combat equipment - ready to be used to infiltrate Israel. The compound extended approximately one kilometer in length, reached approximately two meters in height, was located approximately one and a half kilometers from the border, and did not extend into Israeli territory.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah attacks continued to target northern and central Israel on Friday, triggering rocket and drone alerts across multiple regions, including the Galilee, Sharon, and Haifa Bay areas, as well as parts of the central Dan region.
According to the IDF, five rockets were launched from Lebanon, most of which were intercepted. However, one rocket hit a house in Kfar Yassif in Western Galilee, causing property damage but no reported injuries. (YNet /VFI News)
“Lord, we ask for Your protection over the citizens of Israel against Hezbollah. We thank You immensely for shielding us from it so far, and helping our defense forces dismantle a plethora of their infrastructure. We pray in Yeshua’s name that they will be dismantled and no longer pose a threat to Israel.”
Dutch King: 'We Failed the Jews in WW2, Last Night We Failed Again'
Israel’s President Isaac Herzog spoke with the King of the Netherlands, Willem-Alexander, following the horrific acts of violence against Israelis and Jews on the streets of Amsterdam on Thursday, November 7.
The President noted that the events echoed dark and grim times for the Jewish people and must be unequivocally condemned. He urged that every possible measure be taken on the streets of Amsterdam to halt this terrible wave of antisemitic hatred.
The King of the Netherlands strongly condemned and expressed deep horror and shock over the criminal acts committed. The King told the President, “We failed the Jewish community of the Netherlands during World War II, and last night we failed again.”
He conveyed profound outrage and promised that his government would do everything possible to ensure the safety of visitors and facilitate their safe return to Israel.
Meanwhile, a little over a month ago, Jewish media had reported that the Dutch police were allowing officers to refuse to protect Jewish institutions in the country.
Further, approximately 2,000 Israeli citizens were evacuated from the Netherlands back to Israel on emergency flights fully financed by El Al over the weekend, the Israeli airline announced on Saturday evening. (INN / VFI News)

At US Behest, Qatar Has Ordered Hamas to Leave Doha
Following a request by the US, Qatar told Hamas over a week ago that it must close its diplomatic office in Doha, senior Biden administration officials told Israeli media on Friday, November 8.
Qatar has hosted Hamas officials in Doha since 2012 when the terror group moved its headquarters out of Damascus amid the Syrian civil war and after successive US administrations from both parties urged Qatar to serve as a conduit to the terror group.
Two weeks ago, the US asked Qatar to kick out Hamas, a US official said, adding that Doha agreed and gave the notice around October 28. Details regarding when the expulsion of Hamas officials will actually take place and where they will be ordered to go are still being worked out, the US official added.
Potential landing spots mentioned in the past include Turkey, Iran, Oman, Lebanon, and Algeria; but each comes with certain drawbacks, as far as the US is concerned.
The US decision coincided with its unsealing of indictments against Hamas officials, including one of its top leaders Khaled Meshaal, who is known to reside in Doha, the US official said. (TOI/VFI News)
Three People Charged in Iranian Plot to Assassinate Trump
The US Justice Department on Friday, November 8, announced federal charges against three people in a thwarted Iranian plot to kill President-elect Donald Trump before last week’s presidential election.
Court documents cited by American media said that Iranian officials asked one of the men charged, Afghan Farhad Shakeri, in September to focus on surveilling and ultimately assassinating Trump.
Shakeri is still at large in Iran, the Justice Department said. According to prosecutors, Shakeri, who had recorded conversations with law enforcement, was initially assigned by IRGC to carry out other assassinations of US and Israeli citizens within the United States.
However, on October 7, IRGC officials instructed him to focus solely on Trump and gave him seven days to develop an assassination plan, according to the American news outlet. Farhad Shakeri, 51, had actually served 14 years in prison in the US for robbery before his release in 2008. The accused terrorist was then deported and became an asset for the IRGC, the Department of Justice said.
The other two individuals facing charges, Carlisle Rivera and Jonathon Loadholt—both American citizens—were arrested in New York. They are accused of aiding the Iranian government by surveilling another US citizen of Iranian origin. The Justice Department stated that they made their initial court appearance on Thursday and are currently being held pending trial. (INN/VFI News)

86 Years After Kristallnacht: 96% of European Jews Experience Antisemitism
Since October 7, more than 96% of Jews in Europe report that they encounter antisemitism in their daily lives, according to a new report launched on the first anniversary of the war by the Diaspora Affairs Ministry's National Task Force for Countering De-legitimization and Fighting Antisemitism.
The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (EU FRA) reported earlier this year that there was a 400% increase in antisemitism in Europe following the outbreak of the war between Israel and Hamas.
The peaks in online antisemitism surrounded various events in the war in Gaza, including the explosion at the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital which was blamed on Israel before it was proved to have been caused by an errant Islamic Jihad rocket, the rescue of four Israeli hostages in February, and the Iranian attack on Israel.
To this day, the level of hostility observed is significantly higher than before October 7, and even over a year later, it has not decreased.
The most alarming developments were observed in Great Britain, France, and Germany - countries with relatively large Jewish communities. The report stated that this trend highlights the increased risks these communities face, both online and physically in their daily lives. (INN /VFI News)
“Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep His commandments, to a thousand generations, and repays to their face those who hate Him, by destroying them. He will not be slack with one who hates Him.” - Deuteronomy7:9-10
Uptick in Israelis Leaving the Country, Data Shows
Data released by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) revealed a rise in the number of Israelis choosing to leave the country, even before the war broke out.
According to the Shoresh Institution for Socioeconomic Research, relying on data from the CBS, there was a sharp increase of 42% in Israelis opting to live outside Israel’s borders in the months after the current coalition of PM Benjamin Netanyahu came to power and during its legislative efforts to change the balance of power between the branches of government, with 24,900 people leaving.
At the same time, the number of Israelis returning after living abroad dropped by 7% relative to the past decade’s average of 12,214 with only 11,300 returning in the same timeframe of 2023.
This creates a persistent and statistically significant disparity between emigrants and returnees, with the former exceeding the latter by a striking 44%, thereby underscoring a systemic issue within the migration patterns.
The report isolates native Israeli migration data, previously obscured by the inclusion of new immigrants, particularly from Russia and Ukraine, whose movements skewed broader migration statistics. (YNet / VFI News)
