Turkey's Erdogan Threatens to 'Send Netanyahu to Allah,' Israel Summons Envoy
Foreign Minister Israel Katz summoned the Turkish ambassador after Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan threatened to “send [Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu to Allah” in a post on X on Friday, March 22.
“I instructed Israel’s Foreign Ministry officials to summon the Turkish deputy ambassador to Israel for a serious reprimand, following Erdogan’s attack on Prime Minister Netanyahu and his threats to send Netanyahu to Allah, and to convey a clear message to Erdogan,” Katz wrote.
“You who support the burning of babies, murderers, rapists, and the mutilation of corpses by Hamas criminals, are the last one who can speak about God.” he continued.
Erdogan made these statements shortly after an election rally last Thursday, the Jewish National Syndicate reported. Additionally, earlier this month, Erdogan compared Netanyahu in a speech to some of history’s worst dictators, including Mussolini, Hitler, and Stalin, multiple media sources reported.
The Turkish President was also quoted by multiple outlets as saying “Hamas is not a terrorist organization, but rather a resistance movement, and we stand firmly behind them and [are] in constant contact with its leaders.”
To this Netanyahu responded by saying that “Israel observes the laws of war and will not be subject to moral preaching from Erdogan, who supports murderers and rapists of the Hamas terrorist organization, denies the Armenian genocide, and massacres Kurds in his own country.” (JPost / VFI News)

UN Security Council Fails to Pass US Resolution Calling for Immediate Ceasefire in Gaza
Russia and China on Friday, March 22, vetoed a U.S.-sponsored U.N. resolution calling for “an immediate and sustained ceasefire” in the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza to protect civilians and enable humanitarian aid to be delivered to more than 2 million hungry Palestinians.
The vote in the 15-member Security Council was 11 members in favor, three against and one abstention. Before the vote, Russia’s U.N. Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia said Moscow supports an immediate ceasefire, but he questioned the language in the resolution and accused U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and U.S. Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield of “misleading the international community” for “politicized” reasons.
The resolution declared that a ceasefire is “imperative.” The draft that was put to a vote made no direct link to the release of hostages taken during Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel, which was in the previous draft. But it unequivocally supported diplomatic efforts “to secure such a ceasefire in connection with the release of all remaining hostages.”
The Security Council had already adopted two resolutions on the worsening humanitarian situation in Gaza, but none calling for a ceasefire. A day earlier, the U.S. circulated a rival resolution, which went through major changes during negotiations before Friday’s vote.
It initially would have supported a temporary ceasefire linked to the release of all hostages, and the previous draft would have supported international efforts for a ceasefire as part of a hostage deal. (NYP / VFI News)
“Our Heavenly Father, we pray that You take care of our hostages and protect them from any harm. We pray that they will be returned to us quickly, either as part of a negotiation deal or by the efforts of our defense forces. We ask that You would weaken Hamas and dismantle them so they won’t be able to wreak more havoc on their own people and on Israel.”
Hunger in Gaza? 'Israel Provides Humanitarian Aid - But Hamas Terrorists Are Taking It Over'
Israel has recently provided data refuting accusations it was deliberately causing hunger in Gaza. According to official numbers, Israel has been providing humanitarian aid including food, water, shelter, and medicine through two border crossings, in amounts that exceed the delivery from humanitarian groups.
According to Israeli officials, distribution of the aid that is delivered either over land or in airdrops is hampered by an inability of human rights organizations working in the Strip, to organize orderly provisions in some areas due to the ongoing fighting.
They also point to Hamas terrorists taking over the aid to provide it to their fighters hiding in the underground tunnel network or to sell it to vendors at exorbitant prices. According to reports, the cost of a tomato in Gaza’s markets was as high as NIS 24 ($6.60).
The Coordinator for Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) said on Thursday, March 21, that since the start of the war, over 17,400 aid trucks provided humanitarian supplies to the Gaza Strip, including over 10,300 trucks carrying more than 218,000 tons of food.
For context, the daily average number of trucks carrying food to the Gaza Strip before the war was around 70, and since the beginning of March, the average has grown to over 125 — marking an 80% rise. However, a large portion of the aid is looted, mainly due to the Gazan crowds swarming the trucks. COGAT was attempting to enlist local Gazans who were not affiliated with Hamas to assist in the distribution of the aid. (YNet / VFI News)

US: Russia, China 'Refuse to Condemn Hamas for Burning People'
“Russia and China still could not bring themselves to condemn Hamas as terrorist attacks on October 7,” US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield told the 15-member body which has yet to take a stand against the terror group. “Can we just pause on that for a moment?,” Thomas-Greenfield said.
The ambassador made this speech after Russia and China vetoed the United Nations Security Council resolution that condemned Hamas for its October 7 attack against Israel, which was authored by the United States.
“Russia and China refuse to condemn Hamas for burning people alive, for gunning down innocent civilians at a concert, for raping women and girls, for taking hundreds of people hostage,” she said. “This was the deadliest single attack on Jews since the Holocaust,” she explained as she referenced Hamas’s invasion.
Thomas-Greenfield said that the failure to adopt the resolution was “really outrageous, and it’s below the dignity of this body.” She further charged that Hamas aside, Russia and China took this step purely because the United States authored it. “This is not just cynical, it’s also petty. Russia and China simply did not want to vote for a resolution that was penned by the United States because it would rather see us fail than to see this council succeed,” she added. (JPost / VFI News)

Former Al Jazeera Director Says Rape Allegations Against IDF False
The former director-general of the Qatari Al Jazeera network, Yasser Abu Hilala, clarified that the allegations of rape against IDF soldiers operating in Shifa Hospital were fabricated.
“It was revealed through Hamas investigations that the story of the rape of women in Shifa Hospital was fabricated,” Hilala wrote, adding that “the woman who spoke about rape justified her exaggeration and incorrect talk by saying that the goal was to arouse the nation’s fervor and brotherhood!”
The woman who fabricated the rape libel was interviewed last week by Al Jazeera. In the interview, she claimed that Israeli forces “raped women and murdered them near the Shifa Hospital complex.”
She further alleged that “they forced 65 families to leave,” something that negates the IDF’s orders. After the interview was published, IDF Arabic-language Spokesman Avichay Adraee worked to refute Hamas’s lie.
Adraee stated in a video posted to social media: “After they failed at everything else, Hamas’s mouthpieces and its propaganda made up a lie that Israeli soldiers raped women and murdered them. Of course without any proof. One woman called and said that she was calling from what they call a ‘hospital.’ No one knows who this woman is, she just threw out some claims and lies so that Al Jazeera and Hamas mouthpieces could spread the lie.”
Adraee added that “the Al Jazeera network and the Hamas mouthpieces are working unsuccessfully to improve the appearance of ISIS-Hamas after October 7th and the acts of massacre, rape, and destruction it committed. Hamas failed in every field - both on the ground and in the media. It claimed that Shifa was a hospital like any other in the world, but there is no way to hide anything, and it is clear to all that Shifa Hospital has become a terror headquarters.” (INN / VFI News)

'Kill Them And Have No Mercy': ISIS Release A 90-Second Sick Selfie Film Showing Terror Attack on Moscow
ISIS has released a sickening new video showing in graphic detail exactly how four of their terrorists slaughtered more than 140 people at a concert hall in Moscow.
The attack was the “most violent” perpetrated against Russia “in years,” ISIS claimed, adding that the attack on the Crocus City Hall in the western outskirts of Moscow on Friday night, March 22, was part of the “raging war between the Islamic State and countries fighting Islam.”
US intelligence officials strongly believe that members of the Islamic State in Khorasan Province, or ISIS-K, carried out the attack. The US has also officially rebutted Vladimir Putin’s claims that the attacks were carried out on Ukraine’s orders.
ISIS’ news agency released a sickening 90-second selfie video of the attack that is too graphic to share. The clip, described by the terror group as “exclusive scenes... of the bloody attack on Christians yesterday in the city of Krasnogorsk in Moscow,” begins with one terrorist holding a knife running into the main hall of Crocus City Hall.
The gunman filming the sick attack can be heard saying: “The infidels will be defeated, God willing. God is great. The infidels will be defeated.”
“Bring the machine gun. Kill them and have no mercy on them.” Another man carrying what appears to be a yellow and black machine gun then runs into the hall and begins firing wildly in all directions. (DM / VFI News)
“God, we offer our sincerest condolences to all the families of the people who were murdered during the Moscow attack. We pray that You comfort them and give them Your peace, You, who are always close to the brokenhearted. We also pray that You protect all Christians from terrorist organizations that wish to exterminate them. We pray that You shield all Your children from terror and that You don’t let extremists and murderers instill fear in their hearts, in Yeshua’s name.”
Britain's Foreign Secretary: 'Get Hamas Leaders out of Gaza; Dismantle Terrorist Infrastructure'
British Foreign Secretary David Cameron said that a permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip was “essential,” but stressed that before reaching a permanent ceasefire, we must “get Hamas leaders out of Gaza; we have to dismantle the terrorist infrastructure.”
In an interview with British media during his visit to Thailand, Cameron said “We must try to turn the pause into a permanent ceasefire, which will also allow the release of the hostages.”
Cameron made his statement as Washington launched a new diplomatic push for a ceasefire in the nearly six-month-old war, which wasn’t successful eventually. (INN / VFI News)

Bar Kochba Revolt Era Hiding Complex Revealed Near Sea of Galilee
The most extensive hiding complex discovered to date in Galilee has been excavated in an archaeological excavation carried out by the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) at the site of Huqoq (Hukkok) – an ancient Jewish village 12.5 km. north of Tiberias.
The area is mentioned in the Book of Joshua (Joshua 19:34) and has been settled since ancient times. The dig uncovered finds that reveal dramatic episodes in the history of the Jewish people, including preparing shelters in preparation for the Revolt of the Jews against the Romans, led by Bar-Kochba in 132 to 136 CE.
The dig was carried out with the help of hundreds of school pupils, university students, soldiers, and volunteers. The Heritage Ministry, the Israel Antiquities Authority, KKL-JNF, and the Zefat Academic College in Safed that funded the dig invite the public to open days to view the site on Friday, March 29, and Friday, April 5, between 8:00 and 13:00. Participation is free but requires registration at the IAA site.
The excavation also revealed that, as part of the preparations for the First Revolt in 66 CE and the Bar-Kochba Revolt in 132 CE, the residents of Huqoq converted the water cistern that had been dug during the Second Temple period into a hiding complex.
In addition, at the time of danger, they broke one of the walls of the mikveh and dug a tunnel into other cavities. Several tunnels allowed maneuvering in narrow, low spaces underneath the houses. In this underground system, which was the largest and most impressive discovered at the Galilee, there are about eight hiding cavities. (JPost / VFI News)
